HOW TO USE
Dilute 5-10 drops of the blend into water and add to your electric diffuser and enjoy the benefits as the water steams into the atmosphere of your home.
To use an oil burner fill the bowl at the top of the burner with water and place a few drops of essential oils on the water, then place a lighted tea light underneath the bowl.
