Little polymer clay rainbows on simple cards with the message "Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue and the dreams that you dare to dream of really do come true"
The cards are 85mm x 55mm, 400gsm and are matt laminated. The crochet hearts are approximately 1" high but all vary as they are handmade.
Each one will arrive with a little kraft brown envelope for you to send your hug on its way to where its most needed.
